On varieties... would love to write up some notes on the different varieties of salt. Large flake! Tiny little grains! The ratio of grams to volume varies a lot, so maybe this is another little data point in favour of separate entries for different varieties?
On storage... would be great to write up some tips on how best to store salt at home. TLDR don't get it wet.
