  • On varieties... would love to write up some notes on the different varieties of salt. Large flake! Tiny little grains! The ratio of grams to volume varies a lot, so maybe this is another little data point in favour of separate entries for different varieties?
  • On storage... would be great to write up some tips on how best to store salt at home. TLDR don't get it wet.
