Ingredients

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400˚ F
  • In a large bowl, whisk together everything except the tofu
  • Tear tofu into chunks, toss the chunks in the whisked mixture
  • Spread on a baking tray with a silicone or other non-stick liner. Leave space between each piece of tofu, otherwise things won't get as crispy. A good aluminium baking tray and a silicone baking mat will go a long way to getting things evenly crispy without you ever having to turn or mess with them through the cook time.
  • Bake at 400˚F for around 25 minutes

Notes

  • The crumbled bits can range in size - smaller bits will get very crispy, larger bits will be chewy. Once you've made it once or twice, you'll get a feel for what size you prefer.
