Method

  • Grab your blender container.
  • Drop everything into the blender.
  • Blend on smoothie or liquify setting, or until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.

Notes

  • Works great for smoothie prep, minus the water of course. Prep all ingredients except the water, but instead of putting them in a blender, but them in a small deli container, and pop it in the freezer. Later, pop the ingredients into the blender and add your liquid.
  • Using coconut water instead of water can be kinda nice
