Method

  • Prepare the flax egg, which is just blending 2 tbsp ground flax with 5 tbsp water. Let sit and become gooey while you prepare things.
  • Mash bananas until smooth, make sure you have the right amount
  • Melt coconut oil
  • Combine all wet ingredients
  • Add the sugar to the wet ingredients
  • Add the oats to the wet ingredients
  • Sift the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour together. Then add them to the wet ingredients.
  • Spoon into a greased 9 × 5 inch loaf pan. You can also add optional toppings, like nuts or extra big sugar crystals or whatever.
  • Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 ˚F.
