Method

  • Thinly slice the red onion, and stuff em into a 250 mL jar
  • Prep the pickling brine, then pour it over the onions
  • Refrigerate, let it sit for at least a few hours

Notes

  • For quick pickled onions, heat the brine up before pouring it over the onions
  • Keeps for quite a while. If you're worried, use more vinegar in your pickling brine.
