Method

  • Measure out 40 grams of overnight oak mix
  • Stir in 100 grams of soy milk
  • Let the mix soak overnight, or for at least 4 hours. If you're short on time, you can heat up the soy milk in a milk steamer, and soak for only an hour.
  • Once you're ready to eat, add the peanut butter and another splash of soy milk, and stir it to combine. Then add some chopped apple on top, and add some honey. Enjoy!
