Method

  • Scrub and rinse the potatoes.
  • Peel the potatoes
  • Cut the potatoes into large chunks
  • Place the potatoes in a steamer basket. Place the steamer basket in the instant pot container.
  • Add water to the instant pot, stopping when the water line is just below the potato chunks in the steamer basket. This is usually about three quarters a cup of water.
  • Cook on high pressure for 11 minutes.
