Method

  • Grab a large bowl. This will catch all the splashing juice as you knock the pomegranate seeds out.
  • Slice into the pomegranate along its equator, just enough to get through the main outer layer and pry the pomegranate into two halves.
  • Hold upside down in a large bowl
